What happens at our Mini-Creche
sessions in Primrose Hill?
Our two-hour sessions in Primrose Hill begin with a welcome as children come in, followed by free play and then circle time, where we say ‘bonjour’ to everyone and sing during French Rhyme Time. Structured activities follow for 20 to 30 minutes, where staff interact with all children.
We take care of baby-change if the need arises and suggest toilet visits for older ones. After Snack Time (catered for by parents), we all tidy the room together, then we gather for our second circle time to read a story in French. We then have a dance session, which lasts between 10 to 15 minutes, before finally saying ‘au revoir’ to everyone as parents arrive to collect.
Parents are welcome to stay and watch, especially for the first few sessions to ensure their child has settled. However, most parents do make the most of the opportunity to enjoy some precious time out, dropping their children and collecting them at the end of the session. Our care is bespoke, and each family is different.

The Benefits of a Bilingual Creche
The benefits of exposing your child to French & English bilingual environment only escalate these advantages not only on the short term but also on the long term as it will be a strong and solid base fundamental for your child’s future.
Studies have shown that bilingual children can outperform monolingual children in a number of subject areas. The effects of bilingualism can help improve a child’s educational development, cognitive functions, social skills, literacy, and emotional skills that have positive effects for many years to come.
Being bilingual can also improve a person’s multitasking skills, attention control, problem solving and creativity as it promotes outside-the-box thinking. It can also help improve your memory.
